Alberta on the Plate at The Artist Lounge!

The Artist Lounge is excited to participate in the Alberta on the Plate festival for the second year! This province-wide festival sees participating restaurants offer multi-course, fixed-price menus highlighting local producers, growers, distillers and brewers. 

At TAL, we are offering a three course menu with some optional beer and cocktail pairings, in celebration of the people and businesses that grow, raise, create, and support the agri-food industry in Alberta.

Course 1 – Bison Stuffed Mushroom

Rangeland Bison | Onion | Garlic | Mushroom | Basil | Rosemary | Aioli

Course 2 – Spinach & Herb Gnocchi

Tomato and Red Pepper Passata | Arugula | Parmesan Flakes

Course 3 – Orange Caramel Cheesecake

Vanilla Ice Cream | Taber Corn Berbon Caramel Sauce | Candied Orange Slices

Course 3: Taber Old Fashioned: Bridgeland Distillery Taber Corn Berbon, Local Honey, Candied Corn Garnish – $14
